What drives the price of a promo video
In a traditional production, most of the budget goes into time on set. Each shoot day adds a crew, a camera package, lighting and often a location fee. Actors and models add day rates, and a professional voice-over adds a session and usage fee.
After the shoot come editing hours, colour, sound and each round of revisions. Music and usage rights are the last line: a track licensed for a wide campaign costs more than one for a website. When you compare quotes, check which of these are included and which are billed later.
What promo videos typically cost in 2026
Published price guides and marketplaces usually place a 30-second promotional video somewhere between USD 500 and USD 5,000, and a mid-range professional production between USD 1,500 and USD 5,000. The spread is wide because those figures mix very different jobs: a simple edit of existing footage at the bottom, a scripted shoot with actors and locations at the top.
Our USD 750 for 30 seconds sits at the lower end of that range, but it is a finished, scripted and licensed video rather than a raw edit. The difference comes from how it is made: nothing is filmed, so there are no crew days, travel or studio rental to pay for.
Agency, freelancer, AI tool or AI production
An agency handles strategy, script and production and charges for that coordination. A freelancer is usually cheaper and fast to brief, but the scope often stops at filming and editing. An AI video tool costs little or nothing, yet you write the prompt, fix the details, add the subtitles and clear the music yourself.
AI production, which is what we do, keeps the done-for-you part of an agency and drops the shoot. A person writes and directs every scene, the images are generated, and you receive a ready-to-post file at a price you know on day one.
Hidden costs to ask about
Low quotes can grow once the work starts. The usual extras are additional revision rounds, a second aspect ratio for social media, subtitles, versions in other languages and music licences that only cover one channel.
Our offer lists them up front. Every video includes subtitles, a licensed track for commercial use on your channels, your logo and two rounds of minor changes. Voice-over, a second format, more languages, extra rounds and 24-hour delivery are optional and quoted before you commit.
Cost by length: 30, 45 or 60 seconds
Thirty seconds suits ads, social posts and launches; it costs USD 750. Forty-five seconds gives room to present a product or a service, for USD 1,050. Sixty seconds is the length of a company or brand film, for USD 1,350.
If you need several videos, a pack lowers the price of each one: 10% off from three videos and 15% off from five, with lengths mixed as you like. In a pack the first video is ready in 48 hours and each next one a business day later.
